1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website and participating in any activities organized by dJ NatioN (Dawn of Justice) Society, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.
2. Volunteer Conduct
Registered volunteers are expected to maintain the highest standards of integrity and discipline. Any behavior that brings disrepute to the organization, including discrimination, harassment, or misuse of NGO resources, will lead to immediate termination of membership.
Participation Disclaimer:
Participants in sports events organized by dJ NatioN do so at their own risk. While we ensure maximum safety measures, the organization is not liable for any physical injuries sustained during the tournaments.
3. Event Registration & Fees
All tournament entry fees are non-refundable unless an event is cancelled by the organization. Participants must provide accurate information during registration. dJ NatioN reserves the right to disqualify any team or individual providing false documentation.
4. Use of Media
By participating in our events (Blood Camps, Sports Fests, etc.), you grant dJ NatioN the right to use photographs and video footage of you for promotional purposes on social media, our website, and press releases.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, and digital assets on this website are the property of dJ NatioN Society. Unauthorized reproduction or use of our name and logo for personal or commercial gain is strictly prohibited.
6. Modifications
dJ NatioN reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified via our official social media channels or website updates.
